AgriStack in All States: Portal Links, Rollout Stages and Where Your State Stands

AgriStack is one national design running at different speeds in thirty-plus states and union territories. UP counts registrations in crores while some hill and north-eastern states are still loading village records. This post is the whole-country view of AgriStack in All States: the portal pattern behind every state URL, where each state stands, and the honest answer for farmers whose states arrived late.

AgriStack in All States: Portal Links, Rollout Stages and Where Your State Stands

The pattern behind every portal: AgriStack in All States

State registry portals follow one naming rule: the state’s two-letter code plus FR, on the agristack.gov.in domain. UPFR for Uttar Pradesh, MPFR for Madhya Pradesh, GIFR for Gujarat, MHFR for Maharashtra, RJFR for Rajasthan, BHFR for Bihar, CGFR for Chhattisgarh, and so on down the map. Knowing the pattern is itself a fraud defence: a registration site that does not fit it and does not end in gov.in is not your state’s registry, whatever its design claims.

A few states wrap the registry in their own systems instead: Odisha through Krushak Odisha, Karnataka through FRUITS, Kerala through AIMS, Telangana through its Rythu ecosystem, each covered in this site’s state pages. The national overview of how all of it fits together starts at our AgriStack guide.

Stages shift every quarter as drives run, so treat the table as the map, and your state’s own page here as the living detail: the UP guide for the largest rollout, the Krushak Odisha guide for the state that arrived before the national programme, and the rest from the menu.

What the stages mean for you

Crore-scale states (UP, Maharashtra, MP, Gujarat, Bihar, Rajasthan):

the machinery is mature, camps have passed through most villages, and the remaining unregistered farmers are mostly hard cases, pending mutations, joint holdings, broken Aadhaar links. If that is you, the camp-with-revenue-official route beats portal attempts.

Own-system states (Odisha, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana):

your existing state identity carries the weight, aligned with the national registry; keep that record verified and current rather than hunting for a second registration.

Mid-rollout states (Tamil Nadu, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Punjab, Haryana, WB):

district-by-district expansion, procurement-linked urgency where mandis read the records, and registration windows that reward moving early when your district opens.

Late and hill states (Himachal, Uttarakhand, the North-East, UTs):

village record digitisation is the bottleneck, unpartitioned family land the common blocker, and camps the productive route when they arrive. Nothing is lost by the wait except time you can use: getting mutations completed now means registering in minutes when the portal reaches your village.

The honest advice for late-state farmers

Do three things while waiting. Fix the record: complete pending mutations and correct name spellings between Aadhaar and the land record, because these queues, not the portal, are what will slow you later. Fix the Aadhaar-mobile link at an Aadhaar Seva Kendra, since every OTP in your future rides on it. And ignore anyone selling early or guaranteed registration; no agent can register a village whose records are not loaded, and the free machinery in our farmer registration guide is the entire process everywhere.

Frequently asked questions

Is there one national portal where any farmer can register?

No; registration is state-wise on each state’s portal, because the land records that verify you are state systems. The agristack.gov.in national site explains the programme, and your state’s code-plus-FR portal does the registering.

My state’s portal shows my district but not my village. What does it mean?

Your village’s land records are not loaded yet. Report it through the krishi sahayak so the district adds it, use the waiting time on mutations and Aadhaar fixes, and register when the village appears rather than selecting a lookalike.

I moved states. Where do I register?

Where your land is. The registry follows the land record, so a farmer holding land in two states registers in each state’s portal for that state’s plots, and a migrant whose land sits in the home state registers there, by a visit or through family with a CSC.

Do union territories have farmer registries too?

Yes, on the same national design at their own pace, with the smaller UTs running through administration-led camps more than portals. The code-plus-FR pattern and gov.in rule identify the genuine sites there as everywhere.

Which state was first and which is largest?

Odisha’s Krushak Odisha predates the national programme as the earliest full farmer database, and Karnataka’s FRUITS similarly ran early. UP’s registry is the largest by sheer count, the natural result of the country’s biggest farming population meeting a PM-Kisan linking mandate.
