AgriStack MP 2026: Complete MPFR Login & Registration Guide

MP Farmer Registry (MPFR) Complete Guide to Farmer ID Registration in Madhya Pradesh

AgriStack MP is the Madhya Pradesh farmer registry, and it lives at mpfr.agristack.gov.in. Finish registration there and the state issues you a Farmer ID that ties together your Aadhaar, your Samagra ID, your Khasra and B1 land record and your bank account in one profile that departments can verify without asking you for papers again.

Most farmers know it as MPFR AgriStack, and the portal labels the service Farmer Registry MP. This guide takes the whole thing in order: what to collect first, how to create the account, how to log in afterwards, how to read your status, how to download the ID card, and the specific errors MP farmers run into. Madhya Pradesh adds a step no other state has, the Samagra ID, so a generic national guide will leave you stuck.

Official AgriStack MP links

Use the buttons rather than a link someone forwarded. A genuine registry portal always ends in .gov.in and never charges you to register.

What MPFR is and why it exists

Madhya Pradesh has held farmer data for years, just not in one place. The revenue department kept the Khasra and B1. Samagra held family and welfare records. PM-Kisan kept its own beneficiary list, and the agriculture department kept subsidy files. Because none of these agreed on a single identifier, the same farmer appeared four times in four formats, and proving eligibility meant carrying photocopies to every office.

The registry gives each farmer one verified record instead. Aadhaar confirms identity, Samagra links you to your family record, MP Bhulekh confirms the land, and the resulting Farmer ID becomes the number every department checks.

Why the portal is state specific

Land administration sits with the state, so the form has to query MP systems directly. That is why registration happens on mpfr.agristack.gov.in and not on the national website. The centre sets the standards and MP runs the portal. Farmers holding land across a border register separately in each state, for example on the UP farmer registry.

Who should register

  • Anyone whose name appears on a Khasra or B1 for agricultural land in Madhya Pradesh.
  • Existing PM-Kisan beneficiaries, since payment verification is being routed through the registry.
  • Farmers who want a Kisan Credit Card, crop insurance under PMFBY, or a state input subsidy.
  • Anyone whose scheme payment has been held up with a note about registry verification.

AgriStack MP documents to keep ready

Filling the form takes about fifteen minutes. Collecting the details is the part that derails people, so do it first.

Samagra ID

This is the requirement that catches farmers from other states by surprise. Madhya Pradesh uses the Samagra family and member ID across its welfare systems, and the registry expects it. Look up your nine digit member ID and eight digit family ID on the Samagra portal before you start. If your Samagra record carries a different spelling of your name from Aadhaar, fix that first, because the mismatch will follow you through the whole process.

Khasra number and B1 extract

Pull your record from MP Bhulekh and note the district, tehsil, halka, village and Khasra numbers. You are not uploading a scanned copy. The portal fetches the record live, and you select the plots that belong to you. Read the owner name on the B1 carefully and compare it with your Aadhaar, letter by letter.

Why the name comparison matters so much

The system scores how closely your Aadhaar name matches the land record name. A wide difference stops the file. Old revenue entries often carry a father’s name in the middle, or a spelling from a document written decades ago, and Aadhaar rarely matches that exactly.

Aadhaar with a working linked mobile

Every OTP goes to the number registered with Aadhaar. Test it by trying to sign in at myAadhaar. If nothing arrives, update the number at an Aadhaar centre and wait for it to reflect before starting, since the update is not instant.

If you have no linked number

A Common Service Centre or Lok Seva Kendra can complete e-KYC using your fingerprint instead of an OTP.

An active Aadhaar seeded bank account

Scheme money lands in the account seeded with your Aadhaar. A closed or dormant account, or one in a relative’s name, produces failed transfers later even though the registration itself looks fine.

AgriStack MP signup guide: creating your MPFR account

Account creation and the registration form are two separate jobs. Plenty of farmers finish the first and assume they are done, then discover weeks later that no application exists.

Step 1: Open the portal and pick the farmer option

Open mpfr.agristack.gov.in with the green button above. The home screen offers a login as Farmer and one for officials. Choose Farmer. Patwaris, agriculture staff and CSC operators use the other tab.

Step 2: Create a new account

Below the login box, choose to create a new user account. A first time visitor cannot sign in with just a mobile number.

Step 3: Aadhaar e-KYC

Enter your twelve digit Aadhaar number, tick the consent declaration and submit. An OTP goes to your Aadhaar linked mobile and expires quickly, so enter it straight away. Your name, date of birth and address then load from Aadhaar and are not editable here.

Step 4: Choose a mobile number and password

The portal asks which number to attach to the account, and it can be different from the Aadhaar one. Use a phone you actually carry. Verify with the second OTP, then set a password with at least eight characters including a capital, a digit and a symbol. Write the mobile number and password down together. On MPFR the mobile number usually serves as the username.

Step 5: Sign in and open new farmer registration

Go back to the sign in page, enter username, password and captcha, then open the new farmer registration option. This opens the real application.

Step 6: Fill Samagra, land, and bank details

Personal fields come pre filled from Aadhaar. You add the rest:

  • Samagra details: your member and family ID, which the portal verifies against the Samagra database.
  • Land: district, tehsil, halka and village, then fetch and select your Khasra numbers. On jointly held land, select your share rather than the entire plot.
  • Category and family details: the social section of the form.
  • Bank: account number and IFSC copied from the passbook.

Check the whole page before saving. Edits after submission are possible, but anything touching Aadhaar or land data sends the file back for a fresh look.

Step 7: Finish e-KYC and e-Sign

After saving, the screen will show e-KYC and e-Sign as pending. Until both are complete the application is not in any queue. e-Sign redirects you to a separate central signature gateway that looks nothing like the registry portal. It is genuine, so do not close it. Enter your Aadhaar there, accept the consent, enter the OTP and let the page return on its own.

You then get an Enrollment ID. Photograph the screen. Every status check and every helpline call begins with that number. The general farmer registry guide explains what happens to the file afterwards.

AgriStack MP login guide

AgriStack MP login happens on one screen, whichever search brought you here.

Farmer login

  1. Open mpfr.agristack.gov.in and select the Farmer tab.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number as the username.
  3. Enter the password and the captcha shown.
  4. Sign in, and confirm the OTP if the release asks for one.

What you can do from the dashboard

  • Read your status without going through the public status page.
  • Correct profile fields that are still open.
  • Add a Khasra you missed the first time.
  • Download the Farmer ID card once approved.

CSC, Lok Seva Kendra and official login

Operators sign in on the official tab with credentials issued through their own network. A VLE who cannot get in should check that the CSC ID is mapped to MP for the current year rather than assuming the portal is down. There is more on operator side problems in our CSC login guide.

Forgot password or username

Reset runs on an OTP to the mobile attached to the account, so it only helps while you hold that SIM. If the number is gone for good, a CSC can restore access biometrically. Details are on the password recovery page.

MPFR login and registration errors, and how to clear them

OTP not received

Almost always the Aadhaar linked number is not the phone you are holding. Check on myAadhaar. If the link is good, look at DND blocking service messages, weak signal, or too many requests in a few minutes, which triggers a temporary block. Wait a quarter of an hour instead of pressing resend repeatedly. If OTPs never reach you, get e-KYC done biometrically at a CSC.

Samagra ID not verifying

Three things usually cause this. The member ID is being entered where the family ID belongs, or the reverse. The Samagra record carries a different name spelling or date of birth from Aadhaar. Or the Samagra profile has not been e-KYC verified with Aadhaar at all. Open the Samagra portal, check your own record first, and get it updated at the nagar panchayat or gram panchayat office if the details are wrong. The registry can only read what Samagra holds.

Name match score of zero

A zero means the system could not treat the Aadhaar name and the land record name as the same person. Middle names, initials expanded on one side, and old spellings are the usual reasons. Fix whichever document is genuinely wrong: update Aadhaar, or file a name correction with the patwari for the revenue record. A low but non zero score often clears at manual verification, so wait for that stage before starting a correction.

Khasra not found or wrong owners shown

Search the Khasra on MP Bhulekh first. If Bhulekh has nothing, the problem lives in the revenue data and the tehsil has to fix it. If the plot appears with several names, it is an undivided joint holding and you select only your share. Land still recorded in a late parent’s name needs a mutation entry before the registry can attach it to you.

e-Sign failed

Closing the signature window before the redirect cancels the signature. So does a name the gateway cannot reconcile with Aadhaar. Reopen the application from your dashboard, run e-Sign again, and leave the browser untouched until it comes back by itself. On a slow connection that screen can take a minute.

Server busy or session expired

Traffic peaks near deadlines and around midday. Early morning is easier. Clear the cache, switch browsers, and keep the portal open in a single tab, because two tabs is what produces most session expired messages.

Aadhaar already registered

Usually a CSC registered you earlier without explaining it clearly. Check the status by Aadhaar number before anything else, then recover the account with a password reset rather than creating a duplicate file. More portal wide fixes are on our AgriStack errors page.

Checking your AgriStack MP status

An AgriStack MP status check needs no login. Use the blue button or the enrollment status option on the home screen.

  1. Choose Enrollment ID or Aadhaar number.
  2. Enter the number and your registered mobile.
  3. Verify the OTP and read what the screen shows.

What the status labels mean

  • Submitted: received, nobody has reviewed it yet.
  • Under verification: with the patwari or block official for land and identity checks. Most files sit here longest.
  • Pending e-KYC or e-Sign: the last step is unfinished, so nothing is moving. Log in and complete it.
  • Approved: your Farmer ID exists and the card can be downloaded.
  • Rejected: a reason appears. Fix that point and resubmit instead of filing a duplicate.

How long it usually takes

A clean file in MP tends to clear in one to three weeks. A Samagra or name problem adds however long the correction takes. Nothing moving after four weeks is worth a visit to the tehsil or block agriculture office with your Enrollment ID in hand. The national status guide compares these stages across states.

AgriStack MP Farmer ID card download

Once the status shows approved, log in, open your profile and choose the download or print option. The portal produces a PDF. Save it and keep a printed copy with your B1, since most offices still want paper in hand.

A disabled download button means the file is not approved yet. There is no separate request and no fee involved. A CSC will print the card for a small charge if you have no printer at home. Instructions for every state are on the Farmer ID card download guide.

AgriStack MP registration at a CSC or Lok Seva Kendra

If the form is not something you want to do alone, carry your Aadhaar, Samagra ID, B1 or Khasra details and bank passbook to a Common Service Centre or Lok Seva Kendra. The operator fills the form with you present, completes e-KYC with your OTP or fingerprint, and submits it.

Before you walk away, ask for the Enrollment ID and check that the mobile number recorded belongs to you. When the shop’s number goes in, every future OTP goes to the shop, and recovering the account later is far harder than getting this right at the counter.

Changing details after you have submitted

Log in and open your profile to see what is still editable. Bank details and contact numbers usually are. Changes to Aadhaar or land information are accepted but send the file back into verification briefly, which is normal rather than a cancellation. Add any missing Khasra as soon as you notice it, because a plot outside the registry is a plot outside every scheme that reads it. See our pages on adding land details and updating your information.

What the MP Farmer ID is used for

  • PM-Kisan: instalment verification is being tied to the registry, explained on our PM-Kisan and Farmer ID page.
  • Crop insurance and KCC: pre filled applications rather than fresh paperwork each season.
  • State subsidies: seed, fertiliser and equipment schemes run by the MP agriculture department.
  • Digital crop survey: season by season crop records attached to your Khasra numbers.

AgriStack MP FAQs

Is a Samagra ID compulsory for MPFR?

In practice, yes. Madhya Pradesh runs its welfare systems on Samagra, and the registry expects the member and family ID. If you do not have one, get it made at the panchayat or ward office before registering.

Is registration free?

Yes on the portal. A CSC may charge a small approved service fee for assistance and printing. Nobody can charge you to approve a file, and anyone who asks is running a scam.

What is the last date?

MP has announced cut off dates and then extended them more than once. Check the notice on the portal home page rather than a date on any blog, this one included, and finish early so an extension is a bonus rather than a rescue.

Can tenant farmers register?

Not against land recorded in someone else’s name. Ask at the tehsil or block agriculture office how tenants and lease holders are being handled in your district before entering another person’s Khasra.

I have land in two districts. Do I register twice?

No. One registration, with all plots added inside the same application.

Can I use the mobile app instead of the website?

You can, and it helps where the connection is poor. Fixes usually reach the website first, so if the app shows an error or an old screen, switch to the browser. The underlying Aadhaar, Samagra and land checks are identical, so there is no benefit in registering twice.

AgriStack MP helpline and grievances

The Kisan Call Centre on 1800-180-1551 handles registration questions nationally and answers in Hindi. State helpdesk numbers are printed in the footer of the MPFR portal and change from time to time, so read them there rather than copying a number from a WhatsApp forward. Land record issues belong with the patwari or tehsil office, since the registry can only show what MP Bhulekh holds, and Samagra problems belong with the panchayat or ward office.

For a written complaint, use the grievance option on the portal and quote your Enrollment ID. Numbers for other states are collected on our AgriStack helpline directory.
